At Larissa Home Decor, we know you want your home transformed as fast as humanly possible. Here is exactly how we get our premium pieces to your doorstep:

1. SHIPPING RATES

  • Orders over $100: FREE Standard Shipping (Always).

  • Orders under $100: Flat rate shipping  (US Domestic).

2. PROCESSING TIME (The "Handling" Phase)
We don’t just grab a box and throw it. We hand-inspect every single pillow cover, rug, and placemat for quality before it leaves our studio.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Note: During peak holiday seasons or major collection launches, this might take an extra 2 days. We appreciate your patience while we ensure everything is perfect.

3. TRANSIT TIMES (The "Delivery" Phase)
Once it leaves us, here is when it reaches you:

  • United States: 3-7 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • International: We currently ship to UK,CA. International transit usually takes 7-14 business days.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
The moment your order is scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automated email with your Tracking Number. You can watch your package every step of the way.

5. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We take full responsibility for your experience. If your item arrives damaged or gets lost in the mail:

  1. Take a photo (if damaged).

  2. Email us at larissahomedecorr@gmail.com within 48 hours.

  3. We will ship a replacement or issue a refund immediately. Zero risk for you.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the reshipping costs.
